Shipping & Delivery

We can deliver next day anywhere in Ireland and the UK we send our deliveres via DHL Ireland & UPS in the UK. Delivery is free on orders over €60 (ex VAT) in Ireland and £30 (ex VAT) in the UK. In Ireland orders below €60 (ex VAT) are charge at a rate of €6.50 (ex VAT) and in the UK orders below £30 (ex VAT) are charge at a rate of £3.50 (ex VAT).  For items ordered on special request, freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery, if you need further assistance here speak to our customer service. We reserve the right to amend and add postage or freight to an order if these charges have been calculated incorrectly whilst taking phone orders or via our website cart.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, next day delivery refers to orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday excluding bank & public  holidays.  In some instances items maybe be assigned a transit time frame of 2-3 working days. Stock levels are display on each product page. All international orders: please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. These delivery times are estimates only and Office Spot does not accept responsibility for any delay incurred.

Office Spot recognises the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. We abide by the Irish and EU Rules on Data Protection. Office Spot will not rent, sell, trade or give in any way or form, information supplied by our customers to a third party. Any information that we collect about you while you are visiting or using our website will be handled in accordance with this Office Spot Privacy Policy and will not be shared except in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you register with us we will need to collect basic login information (e.g. email address, password, company name) We collect this information to identify our customers and send order confirmations to you. At the check out point we will need to get information to process your order and contact you should there be any problem with your order. This information includes Invoice & delivery address, phone number, etc. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information


Access to your account data is password protected. Credit card details are processed by Realex payment systems through a secure server.

Returns & Replacements

If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of payment and get a full refund, in accordance with EU regulations with the exception of services that start before this cooling off period.

Please read our returns conditions carefully:

1. It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. All our goods are sold to you with the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty.

2.  If  faulty or damaged goods  are  to  be  returned  to  us  you  must  contact  Customer  Services  either by phone  1890 25 25 24 or email

3. We  will arrange  at  our  expense  for  collection of  the  goods,  which  must  be  available  for  collection in their original packaging together with all accessories, software and manuals.

4. If you change your mind we may take goods back at our discretion if they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition. There will be a handling charge of €6.50 ex VAT (£3.50 ex VAT in UK) for this service.

5.  We  do  not  accept  returns  of  software  licenses,  consumables, dated products, food, beverages  or  opened  software  unless  the  item  is faulty.

To cancel an order, please send us an email quoting the Order Number received at the end of the ordering process, the reason for cancellation and the name of the person who made the transaction.


When ordering with Office Spot you must login and complete the the necceary details for us to get your order to you without any hassle. Make sure all details are accurate and up to date to avoid delays.

Creating an account is easy you can navigate to the account registeration page in two ways by clicking "Login" located at the top right and then click "Register" in the "New Customer" customer box OR add the item(s) you wish to purchase and proceed through the checkout progress, if you are an existing customer you will be prompted to login. If you are new customer you will be required to create and account.

Our express checkout also has a unquie feature which titled "Ship to Multiple Addesses". If you are a purchasing office supplies for and wish to multipe branches attached to you company, select ship to multiple address, then create the multiple address and you can choose which address to send a particular item to. Payment, Pricing & Promotions


We accept most payment methods and for best service we recommend that our customers use a Laser Debit cards or a credit card to make their purchase online. We cannot dispatch orders made by cheque, post order or back draft until the payment has cleared.

Our courier service is not authorised to accept payment for good delivered by customers.

Cash on Delivery is accepted however this method of payment is only accepted on rare occasions. Each order placed in this way will need to be authorised by our accounts department and may cause delays in delivery of items.

Wire transfers are also accepted but once again payment will need to be cleared prior to order dispatch.


We reserve the right to modify prices on Office Spot with out notice. We have an extensive product database with over 20,000 active SKUs and although every effort is made to ensure our pricing is accurate and that pricing online tallies with our offline set price file Office Spot is not responsible for printing or typographical errors.

Promotions run regularly on the site we assign each customer a group class and each promotion is either available to all customers or restrict and only available to some customer groups. We reserve the right to cancel a promotion before expiration date set by Office Spot at time of posting online and/or modify the promotion for whatever reason.

Viewing Orders

To view orders in progress or past orders, please login into your account using the email address and password you assigned to you account at time of registration. These details were also sent to you the email address used to create your account, if you require further assistance please contact us directly.

Once logged in to your account, you will be able to view the status of your order, print confirmation, reorder previous order and monitor your account if it is a multi user account.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, please login to your account and use the "My Account" menu to navigate to your account information. From there you can update your personal information, if you require further assistance please contact us.
